He was predeceased by: his parents, Joshua Schreckengost and Stephania Schreckengost (Sekeras); his wife Dorothy A. Schreckengost (Lesko); his son William H. Schreckengost Jr.; and his siblings, Steve Sekeras, Paul Sekeras, John Sekeras, Frank Sekeras, Joseph Schreckengost, Margaret Merrow, Julie Karpinski and Mary Vartanian.
He is survived by: his daughter Susan Drahos (Regis) of Fawn Township; his grandchildren, Regina Callender and Regis Drahos Jr. (Holly); his great grandchildren, Jason "JJ" (Virginia), Olivia (Coleman), Emma, Sam and Dakota; his great great grandchild Delilah; and his brother Herman Schreckengost (Joy) of Fawn Township. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
