He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Cheran and Daisy Cheran (Donavitch); his wife Nancy Cheran (Frye); his son Edward Hair; and his sisters, Elsie Nucera (Joe) and Charlotte Lowery (Dick).
He is survived by: his close friend Nancy Rankin of Butler; his son Jeffrey Hair (Jennifer); his siblings, Nick Cheran and Judy Potkovich; and his grandchildren, Patrick Hair, Caitlin Sasinoski, Logan Lott and Lexie Lott.
