He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul F. Westendorf and Freda Westendorf Sr. (Kalinowsky); and also Doris Westendorf. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Westendorf (Ferencak); his children, David Westendorf of Vandergrift and Audrey Roberto of Natrona Heights; his stepchildren, Edward Solomon Jr. (Heather) of Vandergrift, Joseph Solomon (Amy) of Cranberry Twp, Michele Seaholm (Douglas) of Washington Twp and Susan Johngarlo (Gary) of Allegheny Twp; his grandchildren, Evan Westendorf (Eileen), Randall Roberto (Katie), Catherine Simbeck (Andrew), Alexandra Moorhead (Vincent), Devin Seaholm, Edward Solomon III, Rebecca Solomon, Christopher Solomon (Shelby), Samantha Solomon, Michael Solomon, Faith Solomon, Nolan Johngarlo, Emerson Johngarlo and Grayson Johngarlo; his great grandchildren, Brantley, Lucien, Nora, Mia and Riley; and his sister Dorothy Bouch of Sarver.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home (1522 Carlisle St, Natrona Heights, PA 15065). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Untied Presbyterian Church (913 Lock St, Tarentum, PA 15084).
