He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph "Bud" H. McCullough, Sr. and Alice McCullough (Artman); and his sisters, Kelley Wetzel (Lynn) and Carol Ann. He is survived by: his wife Elaine McCullough (Vascik); his sister Jan Wilkinson (Chris) of Centerville, IN; his daughters, Adrienne Heinle (Paul) of Natrona Heights and Allison Schaltenbrand (B. J.) of Freeport; and his grandchildren, Madalyn, Mekenzie, Dane and Easton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
