She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lincoln and Lilly Lincoln (Kennedy); her husband James Adamik; her daughter Misty Faith Adamik; and her siblings, Jack, Charles, Paul Lincoln, Honey Giesler and Ann Moore.
She is survived by: her sons, Shane J. Adamik (Sue) of Fawn Township and Clay Adamik (Adrienne) of Fawn Township; her grandchildren, Zachary, Grayson, Arya and Lillie; and her brothers, Robert Lincoln (Terry) of Bairdford and Wayne Lincoln (Helen) of Butler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
