He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph P. Adamik and Clara K. Adamik (Obringer). He is survived by: his wife Joan C. Adamik (Lincoln); his children, Shane J. Adamik (Susan), Clay J. Adamik (Adrienne) of Fawn Twp and Misty F. Adamik of Freeport; his grandchildren, Zachary J. Adamik, Grayson P. Adamik, Lillie Adamik and Arya Valenti; and his brother Thomas Adamik (Debbie) of Fawn Twp.
