He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Pavlik. He is survived by: his mother Francis Pavlik (Golembiewski); his daughter Ashlyn Russo (Christopher) of Brackenridge; his grandchildren, Lucas and Charlotte Russo; his brothers, Jeffery Pavlik of Natrona Heights and Patrick Pavlik (Virgina) of Ridgeway, PA; and his former wife Susanna Blaha of Tarentum. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and many friends.
