She was predeceased by: her parents, Olga Montgomery (Bibza) and David Montgomery. She is survived by: her husband Anthony T. Lentz; her children, Toni Marie, David McConnell of Tarentum, Timothy, Katherine Lentz of Gilpin Twp and Howard "Doubs" Lentz of Tarentum; and her siblings, William R. (Karen Montgomery), Edward G. (Gloria Montgomery), Larry K. (Dawn Montgomery), Ruth Ann Drurovcin of Lower Burrell and Carol (Jack Lingenfelter). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
