She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank J. Klems and Frances Klems (Hue); her stepfather Charles Burns; her husband George C. "Tip" Greiner; her granddaughter Sarah M. Ehrmentrout; and her siblings, Frank "Hank" Klems, Geraldine "Jerry" Matthews and Wayne Klems.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Ehrmentrout (Randy M. Rink) and Chuck Greiner (Alice) of Fawn Township; her grandchildren, Randy Ehrmentrout (Jen), Ruth Ann Haney (Donnie) and Julee Ann Greiner; and her great grandchildren, Abbie Lynn Ehrmentrout, Paige E., Madison E., Harlee M. Corrado and Jane Haney.
