He was predeceased by: his former wife Rosalind Jenkins; his parents, William Rhoades, Sr. and Sarah Thompson Rhoades; and his brothers, Steven and James Rhoades.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Morris Rhoades; his children, Melody Green, Connie Bowler and John Rhoades; his stepchildren, Gwendolyn Bartle, Christy Johnson and Anthony Homa; his siblings, Helen Morris and Warren Rhoades; and his pet Rascal.
