She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Henry and Ruth Henry; her husband Spencer Eugene Howell; and her brother Dennis Henry. She is survived by: her children, Stacie Fink of Columbia, PA and Eric Wilcox (Jennifer) of Fawn Grove, PA; her sister Linda Henry of Shrewsbury, PA.; her grandchildren, Ryan Wilcox, Dylan Wilcox (Sidney), Austin Wilcox, Kody Druck and Alyssa Willman; her great grandchild Lacy Paisley Ann Wilcox; and her sister Olivia Jade.
