He is survived by: his wife Ethel (Mitchell); his children, Patrick (Denise) and Kim McCallister; and his grandchildren, Ryan Lenzi (Michelle), Jason McCallister (Misty), Brandon McCallister (Missy) and Kiley Johnson (Harold).
