He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Willis Bulette and Mary Bulette (Treakle). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy A. Bulette (Towson); his cousin C. Warren Bulette (Katie) of York, PA; his sister-in-law Sandra F. Towson; his nephews, Gregory L. Towson and Christopher F. Towson A; and his great-nephew Jeriah Towson.
