He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Tinley (Niven) and William J. Tinley; and his wife Janet Tinley (Webber). He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Tinley Chute (David) of Sharpsville, PA and Heather Tinley (Maggie) of Wheatland, PA; his grandchildren, Kay Chute, Liam Chute, Jacob Chute, Ariel Phillips, Briana Phillips and Brian Phillips; his great grandchildren, Caiden, Cameron and Ava McKee; his brother John Thomas Tinley of Transfer, PA; and his friend Julie Stull of Hermitage.
