He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Lowers; his children, Cindy Laverty (Charles, Sr.), Carrie Laverty (Brian), Candy Collins of Edinburg, PA, Terry Collins, Michael Collins (Patty) and William A. Collins, Jr. (Robin); and his sisters, Jane Mackey of New Castle, Sue Tartin of New Castle and Pat Rotz of New Castle. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
