She was predeceased by: her son Michael Eric Mack; her siblings, Barbara Ann Kline, Michael Stephen Kline and Stephen Michael Kline; and her grandson Shane Michael Jennings.
She is survived by: her husband Donald J. Mack; her children, Lisa Marie Jennings and Thomas Mack (Debby) of Hermitage; her grandchildren, Ashley Sherick (Tony) and Ryan Michael Mack; her granddaughter-in-law Mallory Jennings; and her great grandchild Leo Alexander Jennings.
