He was predeceased by: his parent Willie C. Gibson; his siblings, Lorethea Chambers, Willye Faye Winchester, Corina Estelle Gibson and Jerry Gibson; his son Roy Milton Hines; his niece Vaughnda Chambers; and his nephews, Corey Thurman and Darren Gibson.
He is survived by: his significant other Nettie Custer of Sharon; his siblings, Stephen Gibson Sr. (Toni) of Sharon, PA, Ray Gibson of Farrell, PA and Virginia Gibson-Thurman (Robert L.) of Farrell; his daughters, Laticka Cleveland of Pittsburg, PA and Donsha Gilbert (Montrell) of New Castle; his grandchildren, LaToya Gibson of Farrell, Raymond Hubbard of Columbus and Ian Jones of Pittsburgh, PA; his great grandchildren, Jordan'Roy Heath and Ja'Kaylyn Hubbard of Columbus; and his children, Wanda Neely of Youngstown, Keith Scott Sr. of Sharon and Keywona Scott of Columbus. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
