He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Pope Sr. and Maude Holloway Pope; his siblings, William, Claude Jr., Raymond, Matthew, Virginia (Peaches), Ernestine and Baleria Pope; his son Kevin Taylor; and his granddaughter Daijaha Taylor.
He is survived by: his child Tracy Pope of Hermitage. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 1 great grandson along with a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
