She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Merat; and her siblings, Margaret "Margie" Laverty, Thomas Merat and Robert Merat. She is survived by: her parent Margaret Merat (Hether); her husband Frederick T. DeGerolamo; her son Patrick J. DeGerolamo (Sherry) of Hermitage; her grandchildren, Amanda Peagler (Quinten), Addison, Aliana, Jennifer Prezgay (David), Isaiah, Emery, Anthony DeGerolamo (Anne), Jackson, Leah, Justin Fike and Michelle DeGerolamo; her sister Rilla Svirbly of Greenville; and her sisters-in-law, Esther Merat and Theresa DeGerolamo. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
