He is survived by: his wife Debra Laverne Reed; his children, Phillip Hosch (Elouise) of Sharon, PA, Dawnanne Hosch of Masury, OH and Dwanna Hosch of Akron, OH; his stepdaughter Erica Cleveland of Pittsburgh, PA; and his grandchildren, Demarco Hosch and Phillip Nathaniel Ray Hosch.
