He is survived by: his parents, Steven Evakich (Peggy) and Rosemary Kern (Pavone); his daughters, Whitney and Chasity Evakich of Myrtle Beach, SC; his significant other Charles Decker, Jr.; his grandchildren, A. J. and Nova; his sister Barbara Hoffman (Richard) of Castalia, OH; and his half-brothers, Jason Evakich of Hubbard, OH and E. J. Kocott (Christi).
