He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Russell and Betty Russell (Russel); his wife Delores "Dee" Russell (Rice); and his sister Muriel Russell. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Russell, Jr. (Heather) of Beulaville, NC, David Russell (Lisa) of Pulaski, PA, Katie DeFazio (Paul) and Dee Cidila of West Virginia; his stepchildren, Billy, Kristen and Donna; and his grandchildren, Justina, Michelle, Jaden, Anneliese, Caleb and Lira. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
