She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Dzurinda (Diane), Brookfield, Todd Dzurinda of Champion, OH and Matthew Dzurinda (Tracie) of Bowling Green, KY; her stepson Jeffrey Baldwin (Holly) of Winthrop, ME; her grandchildren, Meagan Ramey, Trevor, Gregory, Zachary Dzurinda, Abigail Lucas, Shane Yoder and Bryton Baldwin; her great grandchild Theodore Ramey; her sister-in-law Katherine Kovach; and her nieces and nephews, Charles, Scott, David Pearson, Jerry, John Kovach, Susie Paul, Roxanne Pagley and Andrea Detelich.
