She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Rice (Stinedurf) and James Rice. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Russell; her children, DeeAnn Russell of Clendenin, W. Va, Donna Brooks of Hermitage, Kristen, Jim Canon (Michele) of Sharpsville, Bill Kilgore (Ornela) of Burke, Kenny Russell (Heather) of Raleigh, N. C. and David Russell (Lisa) of Pulaski; and her brother James Rice (Linda) of West Middlesex. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
