He was predeceased by: his father Andrew J. Sr. Banjak; and his brother Andrew J. Banjak Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Norma Buchanan Banjak; and his siblings, Charles Banjak of Hubbard, Duane Banjak of Masury and Vivian Horvat of Cleveland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
