He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Scarbrough, Connie Robinson (Scarbrough) of Bloomington, IN, Cheryl Cosey (Scarbrough) of Atlanta, GA and Ronnie Charles Scarbrough of Farrell, PA.; and his brother-in-law Preston Grear of Farrell, PA.. He is also survived by his son-in-laws, daughter-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and his devoted friends.
