She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Sr. Lutz and Rosetta Hull Lutz; and her siblings, Ron Lutz and Beverly Lutz. She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Lewis Sr.; her sons, John Jr. Lewis (Jamie) and Kevin Lewis (Angie); her grandchildren, Michael Correal (Katherine), MacKenzie Henderson (Tyler) and Mason Lewis; her great grandchildren, Leo and Ivy Henderson; her siblings, Henrietta Girard (Phil), Joanne Squires (Gary) and Mike Jr. "Bud" Lutz (Janet); and her siblings-in-law, Marsha Lutz, James Lewis (Verna) and Gwendolyn Stearns.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Donald R. Crawford Funeral Home (4222 National Pike, Farmington, PA 15437). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 7:00 PM.
