He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Richard E. Hoover and Calvin Noel. He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Hoover (Noel) and Richard L. Hoover; his brother Jason (Tara); and his grandmothers, Sue Noel and Phyllis Hoover. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in his honor to the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society.
