She was predeceased by: her parents, John Isaiah and Laura Belle Turney (Bowlin); her husband Philip Thomas; and her children, John Dennis Thomas (Vicki) of Farmington and Karla Sue Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Philip Thomas Jr. of Farmington and Marcy Wass (David) of Addison, PA. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to WVU Hospice (205 Easy St. Suit 205 Uniontown, PA 15401) in her honor.
