Pereira and Kathleen Holder Hirko; his siblings, Kyle Pereira and Chelsea Pereira; his grandparents, Thomas and Kathleen Holder; his significant other Amanda Grzadzielewski; his significant other's son Jacob Yansick; his niece Amaya Melendez; his grandmother Janice Pereira; and also Jeffrey Hirko. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
