He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Coccia and Helen Gergel Coccia. He is survived by: his wife Barbara M.; his children, Marie, Nicholas, Jr., Jane and Greg; his stepchildren, Scott, Kim and Lori; and his brother John. He is also survived by five grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
