He is survived by: his grandmother Reina Valdez; his parents, Douglas N. and Stacie M. Phillips Valdez; his brother Anthony A. Valdez; his grandparents, Nicolas R. Valdez, Daniel Phillips and Karen Phillips; and his uncles, Shane Phillips, Jill Phillips, Marvin Valdez, Dhalia Valdez, Nanci DeLeon, Froilan DeLeon, Briceida Valdez (Kenneth Colon), Lisbi Costanzo, Roberto Costanzo and Jenny Valdez. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to St. John the Evangelist Church, 752 Big Oak Road, Yardley, PA 19067.
