He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindbergh Belcher and Alberta Harvey. He is survived by: his sons, Kelly Harvey, Jr. of Reading and Travis Harvey of Dickson City; and his siblings, Richard (Christine Harvey) of Tunkhannock and Linda Belcher of Tunkhannock. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins nieces and nephews.
