With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James E. Foy of Falls, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 26, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foy and Mary Casey Foy; and his siblings, Edward Foy, Robert Foy, Donna Lindsey, Mary Grace Foy, Marlene Rossi, Joan Foy, Shirley Cavanaugh and Carol Becker.
He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Mroczka, Nadine Foy, Nancy Stacer (Robert), John, Gerald, William and Leo Foy. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
