It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Mae (Benninger) Crooks-Hanes (Falls Creek, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 23, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Floyd A. Hanes; her parents, Leonard Benninger and Gertrude Benninger (Chittester); her siblings, Clarence, LeRoy, Melvin, Glenn and Jane Wickman; and her significant other Larry Supienko.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Walko-Christopher, Robert Kryk (Margot), Janice Nicely (Robert), Doreen Hanes and Carl Hanes (Kim); her grandchildren, Karen Christopher, Ken Masters (Helen), Jeff Masters (Janelle), Laurie Walck (Brent), Floyd Hanes, Richard Hanes and Aaron Bourne (Heather); her great grandchildren, Daniel, Stephen, Aaron, Melissa Masters, Jessica Morris (Cody), Michael Masters-Holler, Emma Rose Bourne and Olivia Bourne; her great great grandchildren, Evan Masters Aria, Luke Morris and Jaxon Davis; her sibling Evelyn Houck; and her great great grandchild Daniel Morris. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
