She was predeceased by: her father James O.. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Welsh (Lannette), Paul "Brian" Welsh and Todd Welsh (Christine); and her sister Carol Miller (Jim). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
