He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul P. and Catherine I. Kephart, Sr. (Mayes); his grandson Stephen; and his siblings, Mary, Virginia Swanson, Emma Fletcher, Betty Ball, Ellen Kephart, Floyd and Charles.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Paulette M. Daller; his grandchildren, Paul C. Kephart of Lancaster, Wayne K. Kephart of Fallentimber, Kimberly M. Shomo of Fallentimber and Lonney L. Kephart of Bellefonte; and his siblings, Nancy Monahan of Coalport and Howard Kephart of Utahville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
