He is survived by: his wife Harriet Grace (O'Dell); his children, Susan Young (David) of Brunswick, OH, Diane Corwin (Joel) of Maumee, OH, Kathleen Krautter (Ronald) of Edinboro and William L. Grace Jr. (John) of Erie; his grandchildren, Kyle (Rachelle), Seth (Mandy), Adam, Kayla (Alex) and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Ella, Oliver and Alexis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
