She was predeceased by: her grandson John Patrick. She is survived by: her spouse Jay A. Smith; her daughters, Lisa M. Neal of Mechanicsburg, Jennifer S. Maugans (Jeremy) of Etters and Julie Anne Creager (Jonathan) of Mechanicsburg; her siblings, Lura K. Hamer of New Cumberland and Wayne A. Brown of Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Emilee, Joshua, Katelyn, Morgan and Delaney.
