He was predeceased by: his parents, Vance P. Payne and Shirley Root Payne; his siblings, Sharlene L. Myers, Judith A. Kinney and Larry Payne; and his brother-in-law Bob Kinney.
He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Payne of Erie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and great grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Burton Funeral Home (525 Main St E, Girard, PA 16417). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
