He was predeceased by: his parent John Pajchak; and his siblings, Margaret J. Pajchak, Mary Kardian, Helen Poker, John, Joseph and Frank Pajchak.
He is survived by: his parent Pauline Pajchak (Gergel); and his son Steve R. Pajchak of Fairview. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
