She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Slater; her children, Susan Patterson (Gary) of Fredonia, Tammy Hanna (Tim) of Fredonia and Rick Slater (Paul Streamo) of Akron, OH; her grandchildren, Andy Patterson, Sarah Orndorff (Nick) and Danny Patterson; her great grandchildren, Chase and Avery Orndorff; her siblings, Phylis Harry (Glendon), Mary Jane Keiser (Ray), Sandi Eckart (Don) and Donna Hartman; and her sister-in-law Charlotte Goerlich (Al). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
