He is survived by: his parents, Ivan Fisher and Vera Fisher (Minich); his wife Helen Fisher (Cherry); his children, Nancy McKeehen (Ron), Barbara DeJesus (Felix) and Russell C. Fisher Jr. (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Lisette Ryan (Jeremy), Jessica DeJesus, Megan Fisher, Jamie Lewis and Megan Lewis.
