He is survived by: his parents, Betty Lou Snyder-Barczyk and George; his stepson Ronald J. Konkol (Connie) of Fairview; his fiancée Michelle Anne Stoltz; his sons, Bradley J. Konkol of Fairview and Jackson J. Konkol of Fairview; his stepsons, Zakary A. and Caleb J. Kosiorek; his siblings, Matthew Barczyk (Catherine) of Fairview and Jessica Amann (Eric); and his parents-in-law, Bruce and Patricia Stoltz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
