He was predeceased by: his wife Antoinette "Toni" Bliley; his parents, Raymond Bliley and Amelia Bliley; and his brother Raymond (Antoinette). He is survived by: his sister Mary Pat Vianello (Giuseppe) of Pataskala; his children, Rick Bliley of Glen Rock, Peter Bliley (Sandi) of Galloway, Ohio, Sean Bliley (Kim) of Erie, Erin Glackin (Scott) of Thornville and Allison Reed (Tim) of Collegeville, Pennsylvania.; and his grandchildren, Jared, Tyler, Karly Bliley, Scott, Alex (Tia), Grant Glackin, Racheal Duffy, Mitchell (Hannah), Matthew Bliley (Amanda), Jordan, Kyle and Dana Reed.
