With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philomena A. (DiPasquale) Miller of Fairview, Pennsylvania, born in Westfield, New York, who passed away on August 10, 2022 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony DiPasquale and Sarah DiPasquale (Alessi); her husband Perry M. Miller; her son Patrick; her sister Nikki (Edward "Primo"); and her nephew Kenny Kowalczyk.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie Ottman (Bob); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Ottman (Julie), Jennifer Schaper (Mark), Robert Ottman and Dr. Patrick Ottman (Kristen Moulton); her great grandchildren, Jack, William Ottman, Alexander, Karlee and Perry Schaper; her niece Andrea Lear (Lance); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashley Lear (Matt Weintraub), Jenny Treverton (Jesse), Emily (Zack Zivkovich), Andrew and Christopher.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
