She was predeceased by: her husband Howard A. "Doc" Coyer, Jr.; her parents, Paul Johnson, Sr. and Dorothy Johnson (Fink); her son Thomas Grubb; her stepson Howard A. Coyer, III; and her brother Richard Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle McLemore (Neith Brennan, Sr.) and Barry Grubb; and her brothers, Paul and Bill Johnson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
