He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin R., Sr. and Dolores L. Sauerwine (Kuntz). He is survived by: his wife Anna M. Sauerwine (Blose); his son Christopher P. Blose; his siblings, Eileen Balliet of Walnutport and Glenn Sauerwine (Sharon Kintz) of Walnutport; and his nephew Chad (Jill Hickman).
