She was predeceased by: her husband Rudolph Remek; and her brothers, Benedict Sloboda and Joseph Sloboda. She is survived by: her children, Frank Remek (Betsy) of Colbert, WA., Julie Lender (James) of McKean, PA. and Kristine Silva (Pete); her grandchildren, Paul Silva (Vikkie), Marcy McChesney, Mandie Snyder (Adam), Jason Remek (Jennifer) and Sarah Remek Garner; her great grandchildren, Dannica McChesney, Brielle Stern, Derek Snyder, Alyssa Garner, Trae Garner and Jacob Remek; and her sister Anne Edwards. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
