She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick L. Martin and Geraldine A. Martin (Nicholson); and her siblings, Jean L. Tresco, Harry Martin and Joan Martin.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond L. Shade; her daughters, Sue Ann Phillips of New Cumberland and Linda Erb (David) of Etters; and her grandchildren, Cory Erb, Sydney Phillips and Skyler Huggins.
